Miltex Cable Labels

Produced in two formats: the dual card (2 x 86mm x 26mm labels) or the quad card (4 x 86mm x 13mm labels). These semi-rigid cable markers are easily installed on single or large looms of cables using cable ties. The text is made permanent by a thermal transfer process, making for a long-lasting identification. They are manufactured from a specially formulated Nylon / ABS compound, which makes them flexible and durable at the same time.

They come in a range of 9 standard colors (yellow, white, red, blue, green, orange, grey, black & purple) with either white or black text. Independently tested to ISO 188: 1998 and ISO 4892-2: 1994, equivalent to 5 years of exposure in a Northern European climate. Cable markers can be supplied and delivered directly to the site pre-printed.

Simply send the information to be printed electronically (Word or Excel) to our in-house production facility, and depending on the quantity required, delivery should take place within 24-48 hours. Available in a wide range of colors, our HeatShrink wire markers are ideal for multi-purpose cable labeling projects that can benefit from self-laminating labels.

They are manufactured using a clear polyester film with an ink-receptive print area. The film is coated with a permanent, UV-resistant, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Our products are backed with a two-sided, poly coated and printable, lay flat release liner. The film is approved for indoor/outdoor use with occasional exposure to oil and water.

These cable labels cost less and are used by many industry professionals who need durable, long-lasting, permanent sheet labels for network labeling and cord marking with the added protection of a self-laminating polyester wrap. These are perfect for networking and telecom installations as well as medical and lab applications. Our film is specially designed for use with small sizes, such as fiber optics and thin VGA cables.

Wire marking these types of wire is hard; old-type marking is expensive and does not meet the new network labeling standards. For convenience, a lot of our customers need to have large quantities of labels printed and on-site immediately, and ordering from us and having them delivered is not suitable. In such circumstances, we provide the Customer with the printer on-site to install the software to allow the printing of labels direct from Excel spreadsheets and ready for fitting without delay. The Customer just buys the labels from us blank. They can also opt for custom asset tags to enhance their labeling solutions.
